Terms and Conditions

When you place an order or pay for a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. They form a contract between you and Greenwood Book Marketing.

Using the site or asking us to start work means you agree to the terms below.

Work we write, edit, or produce for you is original to the brief you approved. We do not pass off another author's manuscript as yours.

You can ask for a plagiarism check on written pages. Text inside images, video, or other media is outside that check unless we agree to it in writing.

Once the agreed work is delivered and paid for, you own that finished work. You may publish it in your name and use it as you choose.

We keep the right to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing to keep it private.

We do not claim copyright in stock images, fonts, or other material we did not create. If a cover, interior, or ad needs licensed art, we will tell you what must be purchased and who holds the license.

You are responsible for rights in any manuscript, photos, or quotes you send us.

Greenwood Book Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that you say came from using this website or our services. That includes lost sales, ranking changes, or a virus you believe came from a third-party tool.

Our responsibility for a paid project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. We do not send a separate notice for every wording change, so please read this page again before you start a new project.

If the delivered work misses the written brief, we will revise it. If we still cannot meet that brief, we refund the fee for the unfinished part.

A change of mind after work has started is not a refund. If you are unsure, talk to us before you approve the plan.
